Two of our members have recently reported successful interactions with FamilySearch.
One found a duplicate ancestor in the Family Tree section and was not sure how to resolve the issue. He called FamilySearch and the responder walked him through the process. Easy solution!
Another member used the research consultation service by making an appointment for help. (The consultations are 20 minutes, so be sure you have organized your questions.) Anyone looking for help regarding DNA is allowed 40 minutes, and Maureen was later able to schedule a second appointment with the same volunteer.
